  Lost 3 weeks of dry cleaning after the Holidays. The owner Annie has not been pleasant to deal with and has not refunded or credited our account in 2 months. We had to spend $1,500 to purchase over 15 days of clothes. They delivered them to someone else, but do not know who.

  went to this cleaners because i read some good reviews about it and they seemed friendly when i called. but thats where the positivity ends. when i called and asked about their tailor they said he was only in tuesday thursday and saturday and that was all they told me. they did not say that he leaves at 4 pm all those days, so i walked in at 5 pm on tuesday and i had to come back that thursday. i went in thursday dropped off my brand new suit pants to get cuffed. should have been a 10 minute process. asked for pick up saturday morning at 10 am, when i walked in at 1030 am on saturday they not only acted like they lost my pants ( which were about $200) but after 15 minutes of them searching the place they finally find them and they are not done and wrinkled. i needed those pants done that day because i had a wedding that afternoon. then they expected me to come back in 20 minutes and they guy would finish them. by that point i was fed up and left with my pants. they pressed them and handed me 3 25% off coupons. i would avoid this business and needless to say i will never go back.
